TenderSystems
While the works of Tender Systems engage with posthuman hybridity, material transformation, and art historical genres such as still life and landscape, the core of the project lies in a quieter register.
For us, Tender Systems is primarily about tenderness — not as an abstract idea, but as a fragile relational state emerging between human and non-human entities.
The figures in these paintings do not stage technological conflict or speculative futures. Instead, they depict moments of care, vulnerability, and mutual exposure, where bodies lose stable form in order to allow closeness to appear.
Nature functions here not as scenery, but as a surrounding medium — a soft environment that holds and witnesses these encounters.
Tender Systems focuses less on what machines may become, and more on how intimacy, touch, and emotional resonance might survive — and transform — within posthuman conditions.
